When I was little all I wanted to do was make things. Every Christmas I would ask for paint, glitter, glue, sticky tape and scissors. And so the magic of Stickyness was born! All that I love in encased within the House of Stickyness. My love for painting abstract art enthused with vibrant, iridescent colour, texture. I also adore Japanese and Chinese and many other times of ceramics. I buy pieces that are either chipped or broken and give them a new life. I love the concept of Wabi Sabi, perfection in inperfection. that the Japanese love. And creating something out of something old, unwanted, unloved. I love to transform mundance furniture into funky, zingy pieces that bring a wow to your house or flat. My obsession with clothes especially vintage clothes extends to the Queen of Green concept, where Up-cycle clothes and shoes into one off individual pieces. I love to create heirlooms for people by using items of clothing from a loved one who has passed and creating a new piece to wear that has a new life to it.
